We've been without a stove/oven for two months and it will be several more weeks before the range of my dreams goes in. Thankfully have a temporary sink. The challenge is continuing to come up with edible meals using only the grill and microwave and we need help.
We have found almost every frozen food we have tried to be gross, with the surprising exception of frozen mashed potatoes from TJs. Have marinated and grilled every cut of meat, poultry and fish I can think of and am so tired of chewing! Grilled and microwaved asparagus, baked potatoes, squash, artichokes. Made hash browns and eggs on the grill one day and sadly ruined my stainless Cuisinart pan - can't find the cast iron. Eating a lot of salads. Suggestions please!
