What Temperatures are we talking about here? I never burn my food but I like to bake chicken at 400 and up and I like to cook my steaks on high heat on the grill and.. I like to use my broiler... Am I putting myself at risk for cancer because I cook like this? I mean most of the time I cook in the oven between 375-450 degrees?
Im not into sous vous and all that jazz. Do you cook low heat or is this just an article to scare people?
