Cooking emergency -- Does anyone have a copy of Herbfarm Kitchen by Traunfeld?

We're in the midst of making Four - Herb pasta from the book with tarragon, chervil, chives and parsley and ricotta.

Thought we had the book here but turns out we don't.

Can anyone quickly look at the ingredients for us?

Think we know but would like to know.
