What classes would you like to take but haven't seen offered?
Just doing a little research- I LOVE to take cooking classes and the best one I have attended was with Alice Medrich at In Good Taste in the Pearl district. $90 for "an array of springtime desserts" approx. 3 hours long and included a full salmon dinner (unrelated to anything being demonstrated that evening)
I would love to take a class on making cheese at home.
