Cooking Classes for Home Cooks

wideLoad | Jul 22, 201001:19 AM     1

Hi All,

Looking for a multi-session cooking class for non professional home cooks in or around San Francisco.

There are plenty of one night options where you pay between $65-$125 for about 3 hours of instruction. Most of these options also seem more like "party" atmospheres where the focus is more on fun than on learning proper cooking techniques.

The only options I've found are these:
* https://www.ccsf.edu/Departments/Culi...
* http://www.tantemarie.com/participati...

The first option looks good, but, the basic class CAHS 245, isn't even offered anytime I can see. The second option is nice, but is expensive at $700 for 6 classes.

Are there other options? Am I missing something? Help me out SF foodies :)
