Here's you chance to rub toques with some of the best known Italian chefs in DC: Roberto Donna (Galileo), Cesare Lanfranconi (Tosca), Carmine Marzano (Luigino) and Giuseppe Boncore (R.F.D.) -- ok -- he's Italian -- don't think RFD's food is.

Casa Italiana near Judiciary Square is holding these classes on Tuesdays -- May 6, May 13, May 20 and June 3 from 6-9 P.M. Cost: $165 for all 4; $55 for a single class.

Roberta Donna will demonstrate how to make:
Artichoke torte in red pepper sauce
Risotto with lobster
Tuscan apple pie

Giuseppe Boncore:

Carmine Marzano:
Potato and spinach gnocchi
Stuffed zucchini flowers
Fresh peach flan with Moscato sauce

Cesare Lanfranconi:
Caprese salad
Chestnut trofie with pesto, string beans and potatoes
Vitello tonnato
Dessert sorpresa
