I have the opportunity to influence a new cooking school in Portland, OR but I did not get many responses when I inquired about cooking classes on the NW board, so I'll ask my fellow hounds here.
What have been your favorite classes to attend? type, cuisine, instructor? (we have the ability to attract nationally known instructors to our school)
What class have you never seen offered but would love to attend?
