Cooking Class in NYC or wine/food pairing instruction?

slowcookin | Feb 3, 201606:11 PM     2

I will be coming down to NYC from Boston in a couple of weeks and would love to take a cooking class. Last year I went to Brooklyn Kitchen and took a sausage making class. It was so fun! So worthwhile! -- I could go back there again and take a Soups and Stews class but thought I would look around and see if anything is available in Manhattan. So far, I am striking out.. If I find a school that gets good reviews the classes are not being offered during my time period or are full.

Any ideas? Could be a wine oriented class or cooking...

If it doesn't pan out might try to find a restaurant with a really good wine / food tasting menu so if you have any ideas there please let me know.

Thank you so much
