Hello. Just got a BGE after years of salivating over friends'. Looking to cook a whole fish (head on halibut) for Christmas eve dinner. Do not want to mess up. Anyone have thoughts on how to do this? Was thinking about "stuffing" with fresh herbs and lots of butter and then wrapping in foil to cook at 250F for a while until done. Concerned that if I wrap in foil I might as well just cook in oven since the BGE would not make a difference to end product?! Having hard time finding any advice on cooking this fish let alone cooking it on BGE. Any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated!
