hello everyone, whenever i bake cookies they`re all puffy and goodlooking just as long as they`re in the oven. as soon as i get them out they deflate, kinda like flat tires!! it`s almost always the same no matter what the recipe is. i tried almost everything but since they`re sort of hollow while hot i thought may be it`s due to too much baking powder or soda in comparison to dry ingeredients. well could anyone help me? am i right?
