cooked burgers, in and out of fridge twice, still safe?

I cooked 4 burgers Sunday night (medium-well), had 2. Wrapped the other two in foil, put in fridge. Monday night, went to have the other 2 so put them in toaster oven (still wrapped in foil) as it was preheating... it probably got up to 100 degrees and then I took them out because something came up, and put them back in fridge. Tuesday night, did same thing and something ELSE came up - same steps except took them out when oven was about 200. At this point, I wanna get them eaten just on principle dammit, but...

Question - Is there any way to know if they were in and out of "the zone" too many times? I don't think the smell test would be good enough for this one, but maybe I'm wrong.
