Cookbooks to take along a year-long leave

I will be spending 2018 on a year-long assignment in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. I will have a modest Soviet style apartment with small kitchen simply equipped. I also do not have a shipping allowance and will be taking clothes for the year and whatever else I deem necessary in checked-in luggage. I started thinking about which cookbooks I would want to take along provided that they are small, light in weight and will give me a variety of dishes that could be further supplemented by internet. I came up with five for the total weight of 2.5 kg or 5.5 lbs:
