I am continually frustrated by the generally bland recipes I see in many cookbooks. I'd love to compile a list of cookbooks with restaurant quality (meaning in taste and substance--not portion size) recipes. No limit on cuisines, but really like fish/seafood, all caribbean cuisines, southern american, middle eastern, indian. But, feel free to enlighten me on any cookbook that has truly outstanding recipes of any region. Would love to hear from the cooks out there!
