Do you own any cookbooks that you've never cooked from?

I do! I cleared out a bunch of them when I was moving but there were some that I decided to keep anyway.

My list:
--How to Bake Everything
--Bon Appetit's The Grilling Book
--Cook's Illustrated The Science of Good Cooking
--Lidia's Mastering the Art of Italian Cooking
--Nigella Lawson Simply Nigella
--Jasper White's Cooking From New England
--Fish Without A Doubt
--The Food Lab
--America Farm to Table
--Marcella Hazan's Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking
--Tavern on the Green
--Mario Batali's The Babbo Cookbook
--Mario Batali Holiday Cooking
--Authentic Mexican

Oh wow that is way more than I thought I had. Are there any MUST tries in this list? Do you have any that you have but haven't used?
