So here we are in one of the best months of the year, for weather as well as for...cookbook releases!
I recently got Sweet (which is a beautiful book, but I haven't done anything from it) and the Milk Street Cookbook (Kimball). I hope it's not all the recipes from the first year of the magazine, the recipes in which i find more immediately appealing than the ones in CI. The Austrian potato salad is extremely good, as are the Pepparkakor (Swedish gingersnaps).
How bout choo?
