Cookbook of the Month for September 2013: Smoke and Pickles

SMOKE AND PICKLES has been selected as September’s Cookbook of the Month. This book had a lot of momentum from the nomination thread and it carried through into the voting thread, but in the end it only won by two votes.

On September 1st, I'll post individual threads for reporting your experiences from this book. In the meantime, you can use this announcement thread for general discussion about the book.
