Is there a cookbook out there based on cuts of meat?

I would like to see a cookbook where they talk about the cut of meat, a general discussion about how to cook it (braised, stewed, grilled, rosted, etc.), and a few receipes that highlight the cut and the cooking method. I'd especially like this for the less expensice cuts of meat. I don't know about you but I can't afford to eat only tenderloin, ribeye, and strip-- nor would I want to even if I could.
