So, what would you guys consider to be /the/ best cookbook for baking/pastry arts? On the same note, which one is better, BAKED Explorations or New Frontiers in Baking? I've been looking in to buying a new cookbook lately and would like something, just, really really good. I'm also considering getting a book to expand my bread making abilities, so if anyone knows one, much appreciated.
