I'm thinking of having two other couples over for dinner soon that we have just gotten to know, and I'd like to do something that that is "fancy," but not too fancy for dinner to make a good first impression. I have 6 Le Creuset Signature Petite Cocottes that I have not used in years, and wanted to incorporate them at some point in the meal. The only thing that I know of that is a "no" is French onion soup (alas, my husband finds it ghastly... he is crazy). But I suppose a baked pasta, or a soup, or dessert? Grateful for any ideas and recipes - and knowledge how to adjust any cooking times! Thanks so much, everyone!
