I have 44 qt Deep Frier turkey pot, we have experience for more that 10 years making Deep Fried Turkey, now using same equipment I want to make fried turkey legs, I have 2 attempts, but not have success because not is cooking thigh cut bone.
My recipe: Legs are very dry and rub with Adobo with black pepper (nice condiment) one night before, prepare oil temp to 375 and introduce 4 turkey legs (2pounds each) in the basket all immerse in the oil, keep the oil temp to 300-350 and take time to 28 minutes to get out the pot. I don't know what happen but legs not cooking. Please help me to have success cooking deep fried turkey legs.
