I was given a roaster from Cook on Clay, based on Whidbey Island in Washington. I made a Panang Beef Curry on it the other night. Browned the meat nicely on the stove, then cooked the curry in it. It cleaned up like a dream. You can use it on the stove, in the oven, freezer, to serve.

I'm pretty impressed with it. Anyone know anything about these pots, or have experience with the company. I'm thinking I might order some more of their stuff. Pricey, but beautiful.
