How to cook chicken breast used for cold salads?

hazma12 | Sep 2, 201801:40 PM     28

Sup guys. I’ve never been on this website in my life and I made an account specifically to ask this question. Whenever I go to salad bars or like Costco and get a Cesar salad with “grilled” chicken, I always noticed how the chicken is white all the way around, incredibley juicy, and most importantly, can be eaten COLD. That’s my biggest thing. I need to find a way to make this type of chicken cause I am commuting my last year of college and the microwave at my school is like traveling from Chicago to London. I just wanna eat some cold, juicychicken, guys. I tried boiling the chicken to get that all around white look on the breast but my chicken always comes out dry. And whenever I look up how to cook this type of chicken for salads, they just say it’s grilled and I know for a fact that they did not just achieve that beautiful white chicken breast that is able to be eaten cold by just grilling. Long story short, I’m hungry and need help. Thanks
