I'm going to be making a pie recipe that I found online but the problem is that it's written for a 9" pie pan and I have one that's 27 cm (about 10.6 " I think) and I was wondering how you would convert such a recipe?
here are the ingredients:
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie 1/2 cup unsalted butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
