What is "contai milk chocolate"?

No, that's not a typo.

After having dusted off another Cadbury Caramel Egg, I took a glance at the ingredients list and one of them was "contai milk chocolate". Huh?

Any ideas?

And, by the way, anyone know why ingredients are listed twice? Like corn syrup, palm oil, etc.?
