Hi!

I am on the hunt for a solid Pancita dee Res, a Mexican tripe stew. I had an excellent one down at Tacos El Bronco and Tacos Matamoros, both in Sunset Park. However, living in Williamsburg its a real pain to get via the subway. Can anyone recommend any good pancita in Bushwick, Queens or the Bronx?

Also, has anyone tried the Menudo at Casa Enrique? I imagine it will be different but i am curious to hear what people think of it!
