For selling the WORST brisket I've ever had anywhere. When your brisket ranks WAY below chains like Bill Miller, County Line and especially Rudy's Worst BBQ in Texas, you have a problem. And this wasn't the last couple of slices they had on a Wednesday, but a couple pounds off the flat end of a new brisket on Saturday afternoon when they were busy. It had all the flavor and texture of a brisket that had been cooked in a crock-pot overnight. These people should be ashamed of themselves. The $15 pork chop was OK, but the best deal at this place is the free beans, onions, jalapenos and pickles that come with the meat order. I'll probably go back to try and recoup some of my investment by ordering a half a chicken and then eat a few bowls of beans with onions and jalapenos...
