Hello Hounds! Here on the east coast the weather was turning to the chilly, and today is back to the 70's. I'm cooking dinner for friends tonight and had planned to make fish stew, but that sounds way too heavy. I'm sort of stumped for what to make. Something lighter but satisfying. They don't like spicy food, which eliminates a lot of my repertoire. Something seafood, maybe? Any suggestions for a frazzled cook?
