I recently checked out Ureña (pretty good) and saw they had rabbit confit on the menu. I didn't order it, but it got me thinking about confit -- I'd never seen rabbit confit offered at a restaurant before. And the more I thought about it, the more I thought that the confit I see is almost always duck leg.

Anyone know of any standout confit treatments around town (duck, rabbit or otherwise)?
