Confession: I like fried food and...

Confession: I like fried food and my favs in LA are:

1. Fried Catfish at The Serving Spoon. IT IS AWESOME and perfectly golden brown. I know Pann's is right around the corner, and I like their fried chicken, but Serving Spoon takes it to a new level of fried goodness. This place rocks for breakfast.

2. Fried Egg Rolls and Shrimp Toast at Genghis Cohen. What can I say? It's a true NY thick skinned egg roll.

3. Fried Shrimp at Harold and Belles. Since I grew up in the South, where frying is an art, I can tell you that these guys have it down pat. The coating on the shrimp is just enough to give texture and beautifully seasoned.

Look, I work out at the gym during the week so that I can CHOWWWWWWWW on the weekends.

Please tell me where my I can find my next fried delicacy...
