I've got a concord grape vine, and years ago I made concord grape dessert bars. It was a bit of work making this (or a pie), as you need to slip all the skins off then push the pulp through a sieve to get rid of all the seeds, but so worth it. Anyway, I'd like to make them again but can't find a recipe. Everything I can find seems to use jam or jelly rather than actual grapes. Anyone have a recipe that they'd like to share? All I remember from the one I made is it had an oatmeal crust on the bottoms and blobs of the oatmeal mixture on the top. Thanks!
