I picked up this hefty book for $7.50 at a used bookstore. The recipes look do-able without too many exotic ingredients although I have a pretty good pantry of soy sauces, etc. But, the book has some terrible reviews on Amazon. I don't mind if a recipe isn't 100% authentic as long as it tastes good. If you have cooked from this book, do you have recipes you recommend ... or, should I just donate this book and save possible disappointment in the kitchen.
