I thought maybe I could do a bar type thing with them... I also have sweetened coconut... Google has not helped me much. Anyone have any ideas? I found some recipes for pear-almond tarts that look lovely but my track record with pastry/pie dough is less than stellar so would like to avoid that and stick to more of a cookie/no roll crust. Also I do not have a tart pan, though I do have springforms. Thanks in advance!!
