Can You Combine Different Bread Flour Brands?

Moonypie | Nov 22, 2015 05:26 PM

I am a novice baker and recently started baking bread. I originally picked up a bag of King Arthur Bread Flour. I made several loaves of bread with it. But when I ran low, the next time at the store I picked up Gold Medal Bread Flour of the same type of wheat as the King Arthur. Can I mix these two in a bread recipe as I don't have enough left of the King Arthur by itself to make a new loaf?
