Where to get cold smoked lamb?

It's my first Easter here in Manhattan (am originally from Helsinki, Finland) and am wondering if anyone here sells lamb (typically a leg of lamb with bone or a piece around the leg) that is cold smoked ?
That is a quite normal way of eating lamb around Easter in Finland (carving pieces of it and serving with various side dishes like potatoes, beans etc. and with mint jelly).

I have seen lamb sold here mostly as normal raw meat (racks, legs etc) but was wondering if
anyone in general preps it that way here and where I could find it ?
