Ok, I love eating at this place. I don't even live that close but I go to Saburi over and over all summer to eat Hiyasha Chuka (sp?). I know there might be better versions of this dish at other places but I'm new to this style of food and I love it. The noodles are served in cold soy broth with tomatoes, cucumbers, egg and either sliced chicken or slices roast duck (which I have yet to try). As another poster noted, Saburi is never busy before the late evening but for a quiet lunch during the summer, I don't think it gets much better. Yum.
