I had a delicious bowl at a restaurant over the weekend. It had chives, basil, sour cream, and I think taragon, unless i just got a stray piece. oh and it had almond slivers in it. The soup, though, other than the almonds and some lobstah meet on top, was homogenous. So I'm in search of a good smooth and slightly tangy recipe. Here's what I got...
