Cola Chicken

Take one frying chicken, 1 cup of chile de arbol, (dry red chiles) 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 2 cans of coke. Cut and fry chicken--remove from pan--to pan add 1 can of coke, brown sugar, and crushed up chiles--bring to a boil add chicken and simmer on low for 20 minutes--add reserve can of coke if liquid evaporates. Serve over white rice.
