Around 20 years ago the Reno, NV newspaper published a great recipe for Coffee Can Yeast Rolls. My family still craves them but I lost the recipe when we moved. The recipe was a simply yeast bread that you let rise one time then slipped it into a greased one pound coffe can, and put it in the freezer. Whenever you wanted rolls you took the can out of the freezer and let it thaw and rise. You knew it was ready to make into rolls when the plastic lid popped off from the bread rising. Has anyone out there have this recipe?
