My friend said she's been going to Cafe Vinci on Sutter/Montgomery lately and enjoying it immensely. She raves about the foam on the cappuccinos, saying that it has tight tiny bubbles and is smooth and flowy. She hasn't had a cup of over extracted or burnt coffee yet, and says they use Cafe Umbria coffee.
Has anyone else tried it? I haven't had a chance to get down there yet, but it sounds promising.
