I recently purchased a new Bialetti Elegance Venus Induction 10 Cup Stainless Steel Espresso Maker but have been using similar stovetop espresso makers for years. It was making a great pot of coffee, but lately coffee grounds have flowed through into the coffee for a nasty taste, and they also cling to the bottom of the pot. I'm buying my coffee from the same place and request the same grind setting. What's causing this? Is my gas stove burner turned on too high or maybe where I buy it has recalibrated the grind setting and it's now finer? Ideas or suggestions?
