I have a whole bunch of frozen cod fillets (skinless) in my freezer. Anyone have recipes for cod fillets, specifically? They're so white and bland looking in their neat squarish shapes.
I tried cooking it on the stovetop and I believe I cooked it for too long or did something wrong because the fish became really tough and stringy. It still looked translucent instead of snowy white, so I kept cooking it. What is the best way of cooking cod FILLETS, and for how long?
