I know that coconut meat - the flesh from a mature coconut - is full of fat, as is coconut milk (the creamy white stuff).
But what about the thin flesh (aka coconut jelly) from a young coconut? Is it high-fat, too? Or does the fat develop as the coconut matures?
Basically, I need to know if a young coconut drink - with the jelly - is a reasonable treat, or if it's a high-fat indulgence that I should ration if I'm trying to keep my fat intake low.
