I know it's kind of passé, but I have a craving for coconut shrimp. The Red Tomato was one of the first spots in the city to really do a great job, but the last time I was there, they unfortunately tasted a bit like they had been fried in old fish oil after being in the freezer too long. I'm about to digress when I say that about ten years ago, Red Tomato had either an Indian or Sri Lankan chef who was unbelievable. If anyone knows who I'm talking about, I'd love to know if he's made a name for himself since the RT. Thanks.
