Coconut Rose, Cupertino/Sunnyvale

Yvonne | Jun 17, 200206:16 PM

Coconut Rose is another of the Southeast cuisine restaurants along the lines of Banana Garden in Richmond and probably, although I've never eaten at them, Banana Island in Daly City, Banana Leaf in Milpitas, and Banana Tree in Fremont. I found the prices ($70 including tax/tip for 4 with leftovers) and food quality/taste comparable to Banana Garden. The portions were more generous and the room is a bit more soothing and quiet. Nothing to go out of the way for but I'm thinking it's a nice place in the West Valley area. There are probably a few gems on the long menu to be found with more exploration.

I couldn't find a listing anywhere online. It's in the strip mall on the corner of Homestead and N. Stelling, behind the McDonalds.
