Coconut Oil in Sacramento?

An indian grocery near me carries it, but it's nasty stuff: it smells scorched and is yellowish in color with a brown sediment at the bottom. It's $3 per lb, but YUCK! A natural foods store carries lovely, white, deodorized stuff, but it's $14 per lb. I just drove 40 miles to Little Saigon and back in search for it, but Vinh Phat doesn't carry it and neither does Happy (Something) Chinese grocery. I've already tried the asian groceries in the north area and they don't carry it either.

So where can I find it? Someone here MUST carry it at a reasonable price.
