I've googled around and seen several recipes but they vary widely. I need to make a cake and I thought this would be a good icing, given the summer and all.
What's the consistency typically like? Could I make coconut mousse and spread it like frosting, or could it hold a pattern if I pumped it through one of those icing-nozzles?
Any recipes would be appreciated, preferably ones with plenty of coconut taste, thanks!
