Coconut croissant

Further to the croissant discussions--I just got back from France where I encountered for the first time a coconut croissant. Same idea as an almond croissant, but with a paste made of finely gound, very lightly sweetened coconut. A light sprinkling of same finely ground coconut on top. Oh baby!

Has anyone seen these in these environs?
