So it is the beginning of November and tomorrow we are heading out for 4 days in our RV, Friday will be 78 dropping to 50 and the rest of the weekend will be cool.
The following are meals we have planned and I would like a cocktail pairing for each of the - part of the adventure! Remember this is an RV, and there will of course be the basics, beer, bourbon, scotch, gin, vodka and red wine
Spinach & Artichoke Pizza - Dinner - am thinking champagne cocktail?
Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken - Dinner - thought of a pomegranate-tini?
Broccoli cheddar soup - Lunch
Beef Stew - Dinner (very cold day)
Steak and Blue cheese salad - lunch - am thinking a Bloody Mary
