Attended the Cochon 555 in Washington DC. Not very Enjoyable, poorly designed and overcrowded, Really long lines, Tables for Cheese, Pork Samples and Oysters were squeezed into small areas and they ran out of these samples early.
Not enough table to set your plates on so you could taste and drink your wine/beer.
Too many people, too much trouble, not enough food, not enough space, Not worth the cost.
Chefs were overworked and crowded. Did not enjoy watching the pressure put on the chefs to hand out so much food in such a tight space. Voltaggio's line was so long you could not even taste his and I am sure this effected the voting because of pure frustration.
Chefs did a tremendous job under the Circumstances.
