I had that sauce too, it is terrible, just because the french chef put it on the menu doesnt mean it's good. I have worked professionally in NY and Philly and and its probably the second worst thing I have tasted in philly. Us Americans constantly pander to and seek validation from french chefs that it makes me sick. some food combinations are rooted in common sense, this happens not to be one of them. Hey CRAIG LABAN said the rosemary ice cream with chocolate and warm olive oil at VERTI was incredible........absolutely disgusting dish. We have forgotten how to taste and become a society of conformist simpletons.
